Is it possible to make a return?
Yes, it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the order.
 
When can I return an order?
The return request must be made no later than 14 days after the date of delivery of the package.
 
An item can be returned if the following conditions are met:

In the case of personalised products, it is essential to understand that these items are manufactured specifically according to your instructions and requirements or are made to order for you. Therefore, once the manufacturing process has started, we do not apply the right of withdrawal. This policy is due to the special and unique nature of such products, designed exclusively for you.
