When can I return an order?
The return request must be made no later than 14 days after the package delivery date.

Is there a cost for a return? At Merki Market, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. That's why we do not apply any handling fees for returns.
Only the cost of transportation to return the product to the original warehouse is borne by the customer, whether you send it by your own means or with our logistics. Our goal is always to offer a clear, transparent shopping experience with the best possible service before, during, and after your order.
