When is Black Friday 2026 in Spain?
Black Friday falls on the fourth Friday of November, so in 2026 it lands on 27 November. It is followed by the shopping weekend and Cyber Monday on 30 November. In practice, many online shops —MerkiMarket included— extend their deals across the whole week (the so-called "Black Week") and even much of November, so you don't need to wait for the exact Friday to find good prices. That said, stock of the most sought-after items sells out fast, so it pays to have your list ready in advance.
How to prepare your purchases step by step
- Make a list of what you need. Tell a whim from a real need: a dripping tap, an old shower screen or a failing appliance are clear priorities.
- Measure before you buy. Shower width, toilet outlet, cabinet gap or the distance between water connections. Most returns are down to badly taken measurements.
- Set a budget and a target price. Decide how much you want to spend per product and what discount feels worthwhile.
- Compare the price with the RRP. A good discount shows when you compare the sale price with the recommended price; be wary of reductions that only exist on paper.
- Buy low-stock items early. For toilet packs, made-to-measure shower screens and shower columns, the most popular sizes and finishes go first.

If you are renovating the shower, the BASIC sliding shower screen by GME is adjustable, with 6 mm tempered glass and an anti-limescale treatment — a safe, made-to-measure choice. And for the toilet, the The Gap Round rimless floor pack by Roca includes a rimless bowl (more hygienic) and cistern, ready to install.
The categories with the biggest discounts
Bathroom. It is the star of Black Friday at MerkiMarket. Taps, shower screens, shower trays, toilets and furniture let you refresh the bathroom for far less. If you are considering a renovation, our guide on how to renovate a bathroom: stages, timings and costly mistakes helps you plan before you buy.
Kitchen. Changing the tap is the most cost-effective upgrade: quick, no building work and an immediate effect. Take a look at the kitchen taps and the pull-out models, the most practical for everyday use.
Appliances. Washing, cooling and cooking see big reductions, but here consumption is key: an efficient appliance pays for itself over the years. Learn to read the energy label and, if you need a washing machine, don't miss how to choose a washing machine by capacity, loading and consumption.
Tips for buying wisely
The best discount is on the product you genuinely need. Before adding to the basket, check the price against the RRP, confirm the measurements and read the product page so the finish or installation holds no surprises. On bathroom and kitchen products, the three-year legal guarantee protects you just as it does the rest of the year, so a deal does not mean less cover. And remember: if an item is very popular, it is better to buy it at the start of the campaign than to wait until the last day and risk it selling out.
